The day
Some evenings you do not want to go anywhere. Marios arrives in the afternoon, brings the market with him, and cooks eight courses in your villa kitchen while you watch the sun go down from the terrace.
The menu is built around what was good that morning and paired course by course with Santorini wine. Dietary needs, a birthday, a proposal — tell us in advance and he builds around it.
He cleans up before he leaves. You keep the terrace.
