The day
Santorini’s vines grow in woven baskets on the ground, in volcanic soil that has never seen phylloxera. Theodora walks you through why that matters at Hatzidakis, Argyros and Sigalas — three estates, three very different hands on the same grape.
You taste six to eight wines across the afternoon, with bread, cheese and tomato keftedes to keep pace. This is a tasting, not a tour bus — small group, unhurried, real conversation with the growers.
Pickup and drop-off at your villa are included.
