The day
This is the one we send almost everyone on. A traditional catamaran leaves Ammoudi in the late afternoon, tracks the full western edge of the caldera, and drops anchor off Therasia while the light turns.
On board there is a swim stop in water that stays warm into October, a mezze dinner the crew cooks fresh, and Santorini wine included. Eight guests maximum — never a party boat.
Christos arranges your transfer down to Ammoudi and back up, so the only thing you plan is what time to be ready.
