A short list, honestly meant. Imerovigli is a residential village with neighbouring families — most of these are simply how we keep it that way.
- Check-in
- From 15:00. Personal welcome by Christos or Maria. After-hours arrival by self-check-in code.
- Check-out
- By 11:00. Late check-out by arrangement, subject to the next booking.
- Smoking
- No smoking inside the villas. Permitted on the outdoor terraces only.
- Parties & events
- Not permitted. Maximum visitors are the booking party size plus two day guests, by prior notice.
- Children
- Welcome at The Caldera Suite, The Aegean Maisonette, The Pyrgos Retreat and The Galini Studio. The Volcanian Loft and The Sunset Cave are adults-only (16+).
- Pets
- Not permitted. Service animals welcome with notice.
- Pool
- Plunge pools are unsupervised. Children under 12 must be supervised at all times. No diving — pools are 1.4 m deep. Jets are controlled by the switch in the villa entryway.
- Quiet hours
- 23:00–08:00. Please respect our neighbours.
- Wi-Fi
- Complimentary, password in the welcome guide. Average speed 100/40 Mbps.
- Damages
- A €500 pre-authorisation is taken at check-in and released within 7 days of check-out if no damage has occurred. Damage above €500 is invoiced separately.
