- How do I book, and how does the deposit work?
- Send your dates through the booking page or write to Eleni directly. A 30% deposit confirms the booking; the remaining 70% is due 30 days before arrival. All prices include 13% Greek VAT and the accommodation tax.
- Is booking direct really cheaper?
- Yes — up to 18% less than Booking.com for the same villa. That difference used to go to the platform; now it stays with the family and the team.
- What are check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in from 15:00 with a personal welcome; check-out by 11:00. Late check-out is possible by arrangement, subject to the next booking. After-hours arrivals use a self-check-in code.
- Are the villas suitable for children?
- Four are: The Caldera Suite, The Aegean Maisonette, The Pyrgos Retreat and The Galini Studio. The Volcanian Loft and The Sunset Cave are adults-only (16+). Cots, high chairs and child life jackets are free on request.
- Do you have parking and transfers?
- Christos meets every guest at the airport or port. Imerovigli itself is pedestrian in places; we will advise on the nearest parking for your villa.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Free up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund 30–14 days before, no refund inside 14 days. Verified force majeure is always fully refundable. See the full Cancellation Policy.
- Is the caldera path accessible?
- Imerovigli is built on a cliff, with steps between levels. Some villas involve a short climb — The Volcanian Loft in particular. Tell us about any mobility needs and we will match you to the right villa honestly.
