These terms govern direct bookings made with AegeanBlue. Bookings made through Booking.com are governed by Booking.com’s own terms.
By booking with AegeanBlue you accept these terms.
A booking is confirmed only when the deposit has been received and you have received an email confirmation from [email protected].
30% of the total stay value is due at booking. The remaining 70% is due 30 days before arrival.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival; 50% refund 30–14 days before; no refund within 14 days. Force majeure (volcanic activity, government travel restrictions) is fully refundable. See our Cancellation Policy.
A €500 pre-authorisation is taken on a credit card at check-in and released on check-out if no damage has occurred.
No smoking indoors, no parties, quiet hours 23:00–08:00. See our House Rules in full.
AegeanBlue is licensed and insured for accidental injury on the property. We are not liable for personal valuables left unattended in the villa.
Greek law applies. Disputes are adjudicated in the courts of Naxos (the regional court for the Cyclades).
